KM560 Biofeedback Nerve and Muscle Stimulator adopts the principles of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy, which has significant curative effect on people with Muscular motor dysfunction, women with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and women who need postpartum rehabilitation.

The product has the following characteristics:

7-inch true-color, high-resolution TFT LCD displays waveforms and data during patient treatment.
Visual touch screen operation interface, the treatment process is simple.
Depending on the degree of the patient’s condition, the intensity of the stimulating current can be increased or decreased.
Using Multiple channel treatment technology, multiple tissues of the patient can be treated simultaneously.
The treatment records can be stored and recalled.

Combination of myoelectric biofeedback and neuromuscular electrical stimulation, vivid scene training and multimedia EMG feedback training.

Scope of application

It is suitable for the treatment of cerebrovascular accidents, urinary incontinence caused by pelvic floor dysfunction, pain and Muscular motor dysfunction, and postpartum rehabilitation.

There are 7 functional modules in the main interface:

EMG Test: Standard pelvic floor assessment and Quick body surface electromyography assessment. Detect the EMG value, compare the EMG value with the pre-specified range, and use it as a data reference.
EMG Game: when the device is working, it uses myoelectricity as physiological information, and feeds back to the trainees through interface graphic display, voice broadcast, game actions and other forms.
ETS: detect the myoelectric value, compare the myoelectric value with the preset threshold, and there should be electrical stimulation output after reaching it.
STIM: output electrical stimulation according to preset parameters and user-defined parameters.
Record: the historical data of patients can be viewed.
System setting: set the system status of the device.
Case: It is displayed on the lower left, and the patient files can be created, modified and deleted.

Electrical stimulation performance

1) Output parameters: under 500Ω load, the maximum effective value of the output current is ≤50mA, and the step is <1mA. . 2) Pulse width: the range is 50-450μs, the accuracy is ±10μs, and the step is 5μs. 3) Pulse frequency: the range is 1-120Hz, the accuracy is ±10%, and the step is 1Hz. 4) Treatment time: adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes, with a step length of 1 minute and a tolerance of ±3%. 1) Accuracy of the feedback threshold: the error should not be greater than ±10% of the nominal value when measured at the 200Hz frequency point.

2) Indication accuracy: the error is not greater than ±10% or ±2μV, whichever is greater.

3) Resolution (measurement sensitivity): ≤2μV.

4) System noise: ≤1μV.

5) Pass-band: The pass-band of the device should not be narrower than 20Hz-500Hz (-3dB) (not including the notch band).

6) Differential mode input impedance: >5MΩ.

7) Common mode rejection ratio: >100dB.

8) Power frequency notch filter: The device should have a 50 Hz notch filter, and the amplitude after attenuation should not be greater than 5μV (peak-valley value).
